For over fifteen years, I have worked with a breadth of companies (Fortune 50 to start-up organizations) helping to build an inclusive sales culture and winning teams. My presentation and group work aims to inspire listeners to improve both individual and overall performance. I invite team members to consider how he/she creates meaning in life and work and the role that toxic shame often plays in preventing personal and professional growth.
